Within Reach

Terms of Use

Within Reach is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few game-specific points; if they conflict with the EULA, the EULA wins.

1. The game

Season 1 is free. Further seasons and the Bigger Pocket are optional in-app purchases.

2. Purchases

• The Full Set unlocks everything in the lab today: Seasons 2 and 3 and the Bigger Pocket. Future seasons are separate.
• Bigger Pocket lets you carry 6 things instead of 3.
• All purchases are one-time, non-consumable and shared with your Family Sharing group.
• Payment is handled by Apple. To restore purchases on a new device, use Settings → Orders → Restore in the game.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Your photos

You are responsible for what you photograph. Please don't photograph people without their permission. Photos stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Fair play

Don't attempt to bypass purchases or tamper with the game.

5. Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
